Charlie Is Out Of Control!

As we previously mentioned, Charlie Sheen “pulled a Britney” and shaved his head!

And now there’s proof!

Charlie been seen wearing a knit cap all over El Lay in the spring – he’s definitely hiding something!

But that’s the least of his problems! According to In Touch Weekly, Charlie’s behavior is out of control.

“People think he’s trying to avoid having his hair tested for drugs,├óΓé¼┬¥ claims a friend close to the star.

He is supposed to be in rehab, but shows no signs of getting better or taking his treatment seriously.

“His behavior has been so erratic that his friends and family are concerned. He isn’t keeping in contact with anyone that he used to right now,” adds the friend.
