On Monday, news broke that Charlie Sheen would be opening up to Matt Lauer about a “revealing personal announcement” during Tuesday’s installment of the Today show.
Media outlets immediately began speculating that the 50-year-old’s big secret is that he is HIV-positive.

But on Friday — days before word of any sort of news — the actor’s ex-girlfriend Bree Olson took to her website to explain she does not have the disease, writing:
“There are speculations circling that one of my ex boyfriends from years ago may have contracted the HIV virus. They are rumors and I know nothing more than anyone else. I, myself have been to my gynecologist at least once a year since we split up and have always been tested across the board for everything and have came back clean across the board every time.”
The former porn star didn’t specifically mention the Anger Management alum, and even insisted that she is in the dark about his reported diagnosis:
“Call me Jon Snow. I know nothing.”
The 29-year-old had lived with the Two and a Half Men star in 2011, after he was fired from the popular sitcom.
And the blonde beauty isn’t the only one of the New York native’s former flames who is supposedly HIV-negative. A source revealed that his ex-wife Denise Richards and their two kids are not infected with the virus.
