Charlie Sheen Gets The Opposite Of Winning In Custody Battle

Today is not the day for Charlie Sheen.

Despite Brooke Mueller‘s drug relapse and addiction, he has been denied full custody of their twins.

While she’s in rehab (again), her mother in Palm Beach will be looking after the little ones.

We’re not too surprised by this. Sheen has been consistently unstable. Though, honestly, we feel like it’s a lose-lose situation for those kids until both sides decide to stop messing around with drugs and being reckless and start being the best parents they can be.

Sheen was immediately on a plane back to D.C. after court to continue his Tourpedo.
