Charlie Sheen Officially Charged!

Such an idiot!

Charlie Sheen has officially been charged with three crimes and did NOT enter a plea bargain. The Colorado court booked him on misdemeanor criminal mischief, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and felony menacing.

Brooke was also present at the courthouse and the judge relaxed the protective order banning the two from seeing each other. The two hugged after court was adjourned.

Charlie is still not allowed to drink alcohol, harass Brooke or possess firearms. He’s due back in court in March.
