Shots fired!
As we previously reported, Charlie Sheen‘s ex-fianc├â┬⌐ Scottine Ross (AKA Brett Rossi) is suing the Two and a Half Men alum for reportedly bullying her into getting an abortion last year. Whoa.
In addition to several other charges, the porn star also claims that Martin Sheen‘s son didn’t inform her of his HIV-positive status and she didn’t find out about it until she found his medicine. Yikes!

However, the A-lister is not taking this attack a laying down. Recently, the Red Dawn heartthrob’s lawyer stated:
“Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross. We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her.”
Hmm, very inneresting.
We have a feeling things are about to get VERY messy in the Sheen household. Though, we’re glad to see that Charlie and co. feel so confident about winning this case — especially since there are several other women lining up to sue the TV star.
