Never in the history of Twitter has a celebrity caused more of an uproar than Charlie Sheen.
In just over 24 hours, Charlie managed to accumulate over a million followers on his Twitter account. His legion of devoted fans worldwide have now landed him in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the first person to reach that number in record time.
As you might’ve guess, Charlie had something to say about this and tweeted his gratitude to #teamsheen straight away. He wrote:
“In all sincerity… Thank you Twitter community for the warm reception & the followers that helped get me to 1M in 24 hours!!!”
Unbelievable.
Congrats, we guess.
No, we take that back. We will not clap for this. When is this insanity going to end???
