Even though he’s cleaned up his act, Charlie Sheen just can’t seem to shake the Brooke Mueller dramz.
The reformed hard partier has now found himself subpoenaed to testify in a lawsuit filed by Moira Fiore, Brooke’s mom. Sweety Moira claims that Charlie’s real estate agent is withholding her rightful commission.
Moira declares that Charlie asked her to find a house and she only agreed to work with agent Marty Trugman on the condition that he give her 25% commission.
Marty affirms this is all a figment of Moira’s imagination and would like Charlie to come in and help him prove it!
Oh, and both Moira and Marty have subpoenaed the ever-credible drug-addled Brooke to help their case.
It seems like everyone wants a piece of Charlie and the poor guy just wants to start a new, drama-free life!!
Maybe Moira should be sent to Denise Richards for some much-needed discipline too?!
