Charlie Sheen‘s domestic abuse case will now be heard on June 18 after the judge ordered a new date for a motions hearing today in Aspen.

Charlie’s lawyer is claiming that Sheen made inadmissible statements to the local police that night he was questioned in Aspen because they didn’t read him his Miranda rights.

His lawyer is also requesting personnel files of the two officers who made the arrest on Christmas Day.

Neither Sheen nor his wife Brooke Mueller were present at the hearing today.

This could get ugly!
