Brooke Mueller Says She Is "Happy And Healthy"

Well, she certainly looks happy!

Despite rumors that Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife Brooke Mueller checked into rehab over the Thanksgiving weekend, Brooke is saying she “did not go to rehab. The story is ridiculous.” In fact, she and her kids were seen doing some holiday shopping at The Grove in Los Angeles on Saturday (above).

Spotted at Dan Tana’s restaurant in El Lay over the weekend, Brooke claims that she is “happy and healthy.”

A source close to Brooke says she is “clean and sober” and that “everything is going really well for her. She is focusing on the twins and being a good mom. She is really excited about her new show with Paris,” which she is currently shooting for Oxygen.

Glad to see she’s doing well and taking time to concentrate on her children.

Now about this reality show….Hmmm, we wonder how that’s going to turn out.
