Charlie Sheen‘s plea deal did not go down as planned yesterday!
But why?
Supposedly a woman that works in the Pitkin County Jail refused to honor the agreement even though her boss signed off on it!
She supervises the work release program and said that she would not honor the deal because she had issues with its structure.
In that case, Charlie couldn’t do what he needed to in order to complete the 30-day sentence because the woman would not enforce it.
Now both parties won’t be back in court until July 12 — that is if they can work it out!
Looks like Charlie can keep his regular smoking habits for now!
