It was previously reported that Charlie Sheen would be charged with felony menacing and a misdemeanor assault charge for the Christmas day incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller, but if he’s lucky, it will never go to trial!
Charlie will be arraigned on Monday in Aspen and the TV star is open to the possibility of a plea bargain, especially if it only involves a misdemeanor offense.
A plea would not be entered until at least 60 days from Monday and it’ll give the love birds some time to recover. Charlie and Brooke are expected to have the protective order between them nullified and fly back to El Lay together after the arraignment.
