So, so sad…
A Chicago pet shop went up in a blaze Sunday, completely destroying the building.
What’s worse is the many gerbils, fish, hamsters, and reptiles that died along with the store.
Firefighters responded to the blaze at 6am, which started in a concrete basement. The two story building also housed apartments on the second floor but no humans were injured.
The walls and ceilings of the building completely, making it completely destroyed.
A water shortage also caused the fire to last longer and authories are currently investigating the blaze.
May all the animals rest in peace…
