The Buchanan County Sheriff told Us Weekly that the reality TV vet has been slapped with a class D felony. It’s said the possible penalties for this felony include a jail sentence, strict probations, and fines. Sounds about right.
In case you forgot, Soules allegedly rear-ended a tractor trailer in Iowa on Monday and the other driver, named Kenneth Mosher, was later pronounced dead a local hospital. While Chris called 911 following the crash, it’s believed he fled the scene of the accident. A fact his legal team is currently refuting.
The 35-year-old’s preliminary hearing has been set for May 2 at 1:30 p.m. E.T. Stay tuned for more details surrounding this sad case.
