Chrissy Teigen has never been afraid to be real, that’s for sure!
And in her new interview with Women’s Health, she’s definitely as real as ever when it comes to talking about how her body has changed since having daughter Luna and son Miles in the past couple years!

Speaking to the mag ironically while breastfeeding Miles, Chrissy explained how things are a little, um, different now that she and hubby John Legend have added two new faces to the family (below):
“With your second, you just, like, pop ’em on. I look at my boobs and I’m like, ‘What the heck happened?’ They face outwards now. They’re like giant disks. I don’t even know how to hide them. I forget that people are still like, ‘Whoa!’ And I don’t mean to shove my boob in their faces.”
LOLz!!! She ain’t shy!
But while her body is different now, Teigen noted she’s at least starting to get back to some normalcy after recently being cleared to exercise and — most thankfully — have sex again (below):
“It doesn’t matter who you are—even if you’re a sexy R&B crooner or an ex–swimsuit model, you’re just tired! [She and John] still have that passion for each other, but are we doing it randomly in a dressing room? No! We’ll get back into it again. But it is funny: If he performs somewhere, and I go, I’m like, ‘Oh, he’s sexy.’ We’ll probably have sex that night.”
Ooooh! Juicy!

Above all, though, things have started to become simpler for Chrissy as she transitions from swimsuit model to mom; no longer does she have to work her ass off (literally) to conform to swimsuit expectations — and now, she’s chasing a new and different kind of fitness!
She explains (below):
“Honestly, I don’t ever have to be in a swimsuit again. Since I was 20 years old, I had this weight in my mind that I am, or that I’m supposed to be. I’ve been so used to that number for 10 years now. And then I started realizing it was a swimsuit-model weight. There’s a very big difference between wanting to be that kind of fit and wanting to be happy-fit.”
Amen to that!
We should all be as focused on being happy-fit as Chrissy is — good for her!
