When Donald Trump goes low, you go on Ellen!
Chrissy Teigen is opening up to Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday all about what it feels like to be targeted by the President on Twitter following his tantrum Sunday night when he called her a “filthy mouthed wife.”

The momma of two revealed to DeGeneres what went through her head when she saw Trump’s rampage of tweets:
“We all just wait for our day to come and mine happened to be Sunday. My heart stopped because at that moment you know that you’re about to get just the wildest group of people ever. It was a weird feeling. I was really angry. I think my eyes filled up with water just at the shock of it. I can’t believe this really happened right now.”
In case you missed the end of week outburst (below), it all started because John was involved in an MSNBC interview about criminal justice reform, and apparently Trump believed the EGOT winner was taking credit away from him.

But she can find two things true in what he spewed out:
“Those two things are true. John is boring. I do have a filthy mouth.”
However, despite her initial shock at his “insult,” the 33-year-old isn’t actually all that surprised it happened:
“This wasn’t that random. I’ve said a lot of things in the past I think since like 2012 I’ve been saying things about him.”
But it actually wasn’t until friend sent her screenshots of his tweets that she saw his meltdown, because she is still blocked by the President on Twitter.
ICYMI, an appeals court ruled in July because the 73-year-old uses the social media platform to conduct official government business, he cannot block people from following because they criticized or mocked him. Just add this to the never-ending list of rules he’s breaking!
The Lip Sync Battle host continued (below):
“When the card lands on you that day, it’s like, ‘Oh crap,’ because your whole night’s ruined. We spent the entire rest of the night, just sitting next to each other, handing each other our phone. ‘Should I say this?’ ‘No.’ ‘Should I say this?’ ‘No, it has to be funnier. No, we’re mad! Yeah, we’re mad!'”
And she was working on something very important that night, Luna Simone‘s sign for her first day of school the following morning:

Ultimately, Teigen and company decided on calling him a “p***y ass bitch,” (below) which obviously went trending:

But could this be the end of Chrissy’s hilarious online commentary? She says:
“I’ve gotten to this point where I don’t want to offend people just for a joke.”
