Christina Hall’s ‘Stealing’ Ex-Husband Josh Files To Stop Sale Of Tennessee Home – Even Though She Bought It Before Wedding!

Josh Hall is coming for Christina Hall‘s home!

The bickering exes are once again battling it out amid their messy separation. This time over the sale of their (er, well, her) Tennessee home!

On Thursday, DailyMail.com obtained court documents filed by Josh in which he requested a temporary emergency order to stop the sale of the couple’s $4.5 million home known as Parker Branch, which is in the city of Franklin.

The home was originally purchased by the Christina on the Coast star in 2021 — BEFORE she met and married Josh. So, she is the sole owner of the estate! However, Josh is arguing that he’s entitled to a say in what happens because “the community maintains an appreciation interest due to the paydown of the mortgage during [the] marriage.” He claims selling the home might “result in prejudice” toward him as “property values continue to rise in Tennessee, which continues to grow in population.”

Apparently, in the early days of their split, the exes agreed that Josh could stay at the southern estate when it was unoccupied (as they also rent it out). Christina would then have “exclusive use and possession” of their martial residence in Newport Beach, California. Due to the agreement, Josh stayed in the home for 12 days in September until he had to go live with family while the home was being used by short-term tenants. He said in the docs:

“My relocation to Tennessee was significantly influenced by our aforementioned Stipulation (sic) allowing me to enjoy this property throughout our separation. […] I will now suffer prejudice because my living expenses will undoubtedly increase.”

He’s now arguing Christina did NOT get his permission to list the property earlier this month and that she failed to obtain a necessary court order before putting the property on the market. You’ll recall her announcement about that days ago (below):

According to Josh, Christina asked for his “written agreement” to sell the place on September 23, which he did not agree to. She then gave him a proposed Stipulation and Order in connection to the home on the 24th, which she “unilaterally prepared.” He didn’t sign those docs, either. The next day, on September 25, Josh presented his ex-wife with a global settlement offer. She rejected the proposal on the 30th and went ahead with “unliteral listing” of the property without his consent. He then reportedly only learned of the listing thanks to social media. Oof!!

Through his legal team, Josh quickly informed the reality star that they had not reached a settlement, and he didn’t agree to the sale. But she allegedly told him that his objection to the sale was “ineffective” and refused to take the listing down. Damn.

As for how this would impact Christina, the realtor argued that the Flip or Flop alum would experience “no prejudice” if the court granted his request:

“She is enjoying our community residence. She is in control of our entire marital estate. She has cut me out of our businesses post-separation, impacting my earnings. Christina has continued to maintain the marital status quo while I have endured significant changes, to my detriment.”

He also clapped back:

“I anticipate that Christina will claim that this sale is in the ‘usual course of business.’ Any such argument is a farce. Parker Branch was purchased for us to enjoy as a family. It was not a business investment.”

It may not have been a sole investment, but they were profiting off it if they were renting it out! So, we could see her going that route if need be! Plus, again, she purchased it before he came into the picture!! So that “purchased for us to enjoy as a family” thing is a little sus!!

Regardless, another big reason Josh doesn’t want her getting rid of the property so soon is that he claims she’s going to use the profits to buy her dream vineyard elsewhere:

“Christina has claimed that she wishes to sell Parker Branch so that she can pursue her new dream of owning a vineyard in Napa Valley. This is an entirely new and impulsive venture for her, unrelated to any ‘usual’ business that she has engaged in.”

The shade! LOLz!

Concluding his filing, he stated:

“In summation, there exists no compelling basis to sell the Parker Branch property during the pendency of this action. I am requesting that the Court grant immediate orders to prevent the immediate loss of the Parker Branch residence.”

Josh has previously been accused of “stealing” $35K from Christina’s bank account amid their split — and we already know how she feels about Josh living in her home — so we doubt this new filing is going to go over well with her! Buckle up! This divorce drama is FAR from over!
