Cconservative comedian Adam Carolla just defended his former The Man Show co-host Jimmy Kimmel!
During Tuesday’s episode of The Adam Carolla Show, the outspoken Donald Trump supporter weighed in on Jimmy’s recent “expectant widow” joke directed at Melania Trump days before an attempt was made on the President’s life. But we’ll just tell you now: he’s not outraged like the rest of MAGA! The comedian said:
“I’ll approach this from a comedic standpoint. A couple things… One is when you make a joke, and then nothing happens, like, there was no shooting, no one made a thing about it before the shooting.”
He has a point there… Prior to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting on Saturday, virtually NO fuss was made over Jimmy’s joke! It wasn’t a thing at ALL until after the fact, as people latched onto it as something to direct their anger at!

Adam went on to use his guest Elisha Krauss in an example to describe his train of thought:
“So then it’s kind of a thing where you go, like, oh, that Elisha Krauss, I hate that b**ch, I hope she dies, and then two days later you get in a car crash and you die, then everyone looks at me and goes, ‘No, now I’m angry at you.’ But I’m like, if she never got in a car crash, you never [would have] said anything.”
He continued:
“This thing happened, then the joke happened before, so A. it’s unrelated, B. I mean, to be fair, people do this one too… it’s not like he wrote that joke, but he said that joke, but he didn’t write that joke. Somebody wrote that joke and he said it because he thought it was funny.”
The conservative commentator went on to compare it to a “typical roast joke.”
“But that’s a pretty typical roast joke. It is also a trope any younger, beautiful woman who’s married to an older [rich] guy, especially if the guy’s rumored to be sort of a douchey, you would make that joke at any roast … If Trump was at a roast on Thursday, you would do that joke … [even] if he’d never been President, you would do that joke.”
He left off:
“This one, although people think it’s egregious for the reasons I just explained, I don’t.”

Also, let’s not forget all the super dark jokes Trump has made about liberals, including sharing a post calling Joe Biden a “decrepit corpse” just days after his cancer diagnosis…
