Courtney Stodden is going through a tough time.
On Sunday, the blonde reality TV vet took to social media to open up about her current struggles with anxiety and depression. And while the posts were poignant in nature, the 23-year-old left fans with a sense of hope. Specifically, Courtney vowed that she’ll “prevail” over this intense time.

Stodden kicked off her candid conversation about mental health by posting a black and white pic, where she revealed that “depression is hard to kick.”
I feel too much. I soak up too much energy from myself and others. I love too deeply. I’m extremely insecure. Terribly childlike and vulnerable. This is me and my struggle with depression. But I have faith I’ll prevail. Intense stuff, but still very inspiring.
In case you’ve forgotten, Courtney first made headlines back in 2011 when she married actor Doug Hutchinson — she was only 16 at the time. The twosome briefly separated in 2013, only to get back together nine months later.
Things appeared to be good between Mr. and Mrs. Hutchinson when they announced in ’16 that they were expecting their first child together. However, Courtney suffered from a miscarriage a handful of months later. By February 2017, Stodden confirmed that she and Doug had separated once again.
Courtney hinted that she’s been lonely during the separation, as she added on Twitter:
The loneliness that haunts me is miserable. Only thing that helps is someone to hold me … and it has to be someone who loves me deeply… or it├óΓé¼Γäós meaningless.
