NCIS Actor's Ex-Husband Charged With Violating Her Restraining Order Against Him!

What makes people think that they just ignore the law – especially in these cases?
Pauley Perrette, whom many may recognize from NCIS, has maintained a restraining order against her ex-husband, Coyote Shivers, since their divorce since 2006, and apparently, she has good reason!
The musician/actor has been charged with violating the court order and because he’s already on probation for sending Pauley’s lawyer harassing e-mails, he now faces up to 18 months in jail!
Well, apparently it’s about time!
He’s been declared a vexatious litigant by the state of California since 2008, which basically means he abuses the court system by filing so many meritless motions and is essentially enough of nuisance to be sanctioned!
Yeesh! He’s certainly come a long way since Empire Records! Ha!
But hopefully now this poor woman can be left alone! It’s about time!
