Yesterday afternoon, Craig Robinson was arrested and plead guilty to two counts drug possession.
The Office star was trying to board a plane in the Bahamas, after his comedy show at the Atlantis hotel, when he was found with half a gram of marijuana and 18 ecstasy pills on his person.
Now, this is the part when Craig needs to thank all his lucky stars…
Those charges usually land a person in prison for 4 YEARS, but Craig managed to weasel away with a simple $1,000 fine. Supposedly, the magistrate was lenient, once Craig explained he brought the drugs from the U.S. and simply didn’t know they were outlawed in the Bahamas.
Swiftly after the heading, Craig was escorted back to the airport to be removed from the country ASAP, which was another part of his release.
Damn, Darryl. We would’ve thought you had learned your lesson about carrying your drugs around. Remember 2008 … when you were busted for possession of MDMA and meth?! Did that experience teach you nothing?
Oh wait — you got out of that without jail time too? So, maybe you didn’t!
