Dakota Is A Hawt Mess

WTF was she thinking?!
The usually adorable Dakota Fanning was spotted out and about in Rockefeller Center on Tuesday sporting hot pink shorts and some matching lipstick.
Between her color hue, the glasses and fug sandals, we hope she thinks twice before leaving the house again.
