Dallas star Jack Scalia was busted in October for trying to sneak into LAX with an unloaded Glock and fake police badge and the wanna-be bandit has now been charged two misdemeanors.
Even though Jack tried to convince the judge he had no knowledge of the gun, the judge charged the ’80s actors with carrying a concealed firearm and for taking a prohibited weapon through the sterile area at the airport.
If convicted, Jack could be thrown in the slammer for up to one and a half years and face charges of up to $2,000!!
Jack’s rep said:
“Everyone knows Jack’s a very bright guy and would never intentionally do such a thing. It was clearly a mistake and it’s filed as a misdemeanor. I’m sure it will get worked out.”
Well, if he’s such a smart guy than he should’ve known better! Right?!
