Dani Mathers is bringing in the big guns.
As we’re sure you’ve heard, the Playboy Playmate posted a photo of a naked woman in a LA Fitness locker room to Snapchat with a mean spirited caption making fun of the woman’s body, and now the LAPD is launching a criminal investigation for the “illegal distribution” of the photo!
TMZ reports the 29-year-old has hired Tom Mesereau to represent her — the same celebrity lawyer who is responsible for not only the acquittal of Michael Jackson and the murder acquittal of Robert Blake.

Sounds like she might be a little worried about the outcome!
According to the reporting outlet, authorities and gym execs are currently getting close to tracking down the victim, as they need her cooperation in order to bring the case to court.
