It’s looking more and more likely that Denise Richards will be taking care of Brooke Mueller‘s kids on a permanent basis!
She’s apparently been doing that already since last summer!
At first, Brooke had Denise take her twin boys Max and Bob from her because of her frequent trips to rehab.
We bet Brooke never thought she’d be leaving them with Denise forever!
Here’s what a source said:
“Initially, Brooke willingly placed the boys in Denise’s care because she was going in and out of rehab, and using drugs. Child protective services has now asked Denise to give specific dates that she had been taking care of the twins, in advance of a big custody hearing in July. The boys have spent more time with Denise than with their own biological mother for the last nine months. The boys are a part of Denise’s family, and they are extremely happy in her care.”
Sources say Brooke is terrified of losing her sons permanently.
Some think she’s scared, not totally out of the love she has for her sons, but because of the child support payments she receives from their baby daddy Charlie Sheen.
Although Denise definitely has total guardianship of Bob and Max for the foreseeable future – it’s hard to imagine any judge taking a person’s child away from them permanently.
But in order for that NOT to happen – Brooke would have to get herself entirely off drugs!
It’s yet to be determined if that is possible!!!
