Tsk, tsk! Poor choices!
Desperate Housewives star, Ricardo Chavira, who plays Eva Longoria’s husband, was arrested early this morning in Los Angeles on a DUI charge.
Ricardo was pulled over by police for a a routine traffic stop at around 2 AM, but when the officers approached his car, they could smell alcohol on his breath. Ricardo was asked to step out of the vehicle and complete a few field sobriety tests. He failed them all.
When Ricardo refused to take a blood or breath test, the cops arrested him on suspicion of DUI and booked him at a nearby jail. He’s currently being held on $25,000 bail.
Seriously, does Marc Cherry not pay you enough to call a cab? C’mon!
