Diddy has been reunited with his teen daughters.
According to TMZ on Wednesday, the rapper got a special visit from his 17-year-old twins, D’Lila and Jessie, as well as his mother Janice last week. The family made a special trip to see him where he’s being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. This marked the first time his daughters have been able to visit him since he was arrested on September 16 for sex trafficking, racketeering, and more.

During the visit, the family was able to hug and catch up in a visiting area of the prison, per reports. They were monitored by jail staff the whole time. Sources described the visit as being super emotional for everyone, and they noted that the twins were very eager to see their father, so much so that they made the trek all the way from California — where they are reportedly staying in LA with their late mother Kim Porter‘s BFF Lala — to New York. This must be such a hard time for them.
The visit is also reportedly what inspired Puff Daddy’s momma to release that lengthy statement defending her son and begging for the music mogul to be given a fair chance to tell his side of the story. After seeing the 54-year-old on the inside, she felt it was important to speak up for him because she believes he’s innocent — and therefore going through something he doesn’t deserve, insiders claimed. Seems like his kids feel the same way.
Per the sources, Diddy is “very family oriented” and was thrilled to see his relatives. The confidants added that Diddy has now seen all of his adult children at the prison, too — including Quincy, 33, Justin, 30, Christian, 26, and Chance, 18. He’s also dad to baby Love, 1.
This visit comes as Diddy is fighting to be let out on a $50 million bail — something that has already been denied twice. We’re sure he’s eager to get out of prison and see all his kids as he awaits his trial! So far, no word back on that decision, though. We’re guessing it’s going to be another no. It’s hard to not see the multimillionaire as a flight risk, what with him owning his own private jet and all. So frankly we’re not surprised they haven’t let him out.
