Over the weekend Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana celebrated their teen muse Justin Bieber in Milan.

Biebs arrived at Dolce & Gabbana‘s restaurant Gold, after his concert in a D&G James Dean hoodie and thick rimmed glasses.

They could easily pass as triplets, no?
