If you were hoping for a Dolce & Gabbana for H&M or Target collaboration, stop snorting that “hopium” because it ain’t happenin’!
In an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, Domenico Dolce turned up his nose at the very idea of it:
“Recently, it├óΓé¼Γäós all ├óΓé¼┼ôtrusciume├óΓé¼┬¥ [in Sicilian, cheap, trashy] ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ there├óΓé¼Γäós no quality, these fast-fashion companies churning out looks. People thought it was cool, but it├óΓé¼Γäós cheap. You can├óΓé¼Γäót expect quality at 20 euros [$27]. It├óΓé¼Γäós like good codfish at 5 euros [$6.70] ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ how can it be?”
Hey, they may be cheap but they also sell like hotcakes!
