Dr. Drew Suggests Sheen Be Taken Into Involuntary Custody

Can a peace officer hold the power that is Charlie “Tiger Blood” Sheen?
Dr. Drew Pinsky thinks they should at least try!
So, apparently Dr. Drew has been watching the episodes of Sheen’s Korner, and went on to recommend what’s called a “5150.”
This is what that means:

Section 5150 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code states that if someone is proven to be a danger to themselves or others, a peace officer can take that person into custody against their will for 72-hour treatment and evaluation.

Sounds like Dr. Drew doesn’t want to take ANY chances with Sheen losing it in a harmful way.
We DEF don’t want that to happen either. Perhaps that wouldn’t be such a bad course of action?
