We guess he wasn’t so far from the bottom after all.
As you probably know, back when Drake was just a teenager at the ripe age of 15, he landed a coveted spot on the Canadian TV show Degrassi: The Next Generation.

In a recent interview with W Magazine, the 28-year-old rapper revealed that despite having a career as an actor at the time, he would quite often spend his days on set or after filming working on his art — sometimes keeping him up as late as 5 a.m.!
The Back to Back singer got candid about choosing music over acting, saying:
“I’d sleep in my dressing room and then be in front of the cameras again by 9 a.m.
Eventually, they realized I was juggling two professions and told me I had to choose… I chose this life.”
It seems Drake made the right choice too as he’s now reportedly worth an estimated $75 million!
But the 10 Bands rapper isn’t ready to stop anytime soon, saying:
“Why does Adele‘s album go diamond, and how do I do that? How do I create art that makes minds stretch further?
I want to give many, many people many, many moments before I’m gone. That’s truly the art of what I do. It’s the only goal.”
