We don’t want to live our lives with regret.
And these older women don’t want us to, either! A London spa called Sanctuary surveyed young women about their stress, and found that 70% feel a ton of pressure to be perfect, and are burning themselves out as a result.

So, the spa enlisted the help of a few experienced ladies, to share their messages about what’s really important in life.
These lovelies reminisced about the way they lived their lives, and brought up all the things they wished they’d done differently, like taking extra time with their loved ones, or allowing themselves to have more fun.
They stress to today’s young women that it’s important to live in the moment, because it’s easier to enjoy your life that way.
