Emma Roberts was looking as fine as the parking ticket waiting on her dash after getting her hair did on Tuesday.
The actress paid a visit to Salon Benjamin in West Hollywood wearing a Zoe Karssen bat tee, black short shorts and Salvatore Ferragamo flats.
We’d say Emma’s new ‘do is cute, but between her wide-brimmed hat and Miu Miu used to shield her face we can’t tell if it is or not.
