Julia Roberts‘ niece wants to make a Pretty Woman remake, so she can steal breathe new life into her aunt’s famous role.
Insiders say Em has been whoring herself out (metaphorically, of course) to producers, trying desperately to get someone, anyone to back her mastermind plan. According to the insider:
├óΓé¼┼ôEmma├óΓé¼Γäós dream is to re-create Pretty Woman, it├óΓé¼Γäós her ideal role. She├óΓé¼Γäós been in talks with producers about the possibility of revisiting the character Julia made famous in a reboot of the original film.”
The young starlet has two BIG reasons for wanting to star in the reboot.
Motive #1) She (and every other girl on the planet) LURVES the flick. Her pal says:
├óΓé¼┼ôEmma grew up loving Pretty Woman. It had sentimental meaning for her because her aunt was in it, and she can quote chunks of the movie off by heart.”
Motive #2) She wants her aunt’s fame. DUH!
The source explains:
“Critically and commercially it [the movie]was a big success too, Julia was up for awards, and Emma wants to be just as successful.”
Julia world-wide praise, a Golden Globe for best actress and an Oscar nomination. What actress wouldn’t want all that??
We can’t blame a girl for trying, but we have a feeling the odds of PW getting a reboot AND Em landing the leading role are as slim as a Richard Gere wifing up a hooker!
