Eva’s going from maneater to diggin’ the ladies in her upcoming movie called Without Men, which is about a Latin American village that loses all their men after they’re recruited by revolutionaries.
So, naturally, Eva steps up and takes on the role of the leader of the town, and eventually has a “steamy love scene” with her co-star Kate Del Castillo:
“It was a little difficult as the two girls are both straight so they were very nervous and laughed a lot. But I think that just made it even lovelier,” says the director.
If what we’ve described so far sounds like dramatic tale of women stepping up in a male dominant country, only to find love and sensuality in the company of each other, you’d be wrong, because it’s a COMEDY.
And it doesn’t look too funny to us, but don’t just take our word for it — check out the trailer for it above! Some of it even seems borderline offensive. (We mean, it’s a very serious situation, and yet one of the women is worried about shopping?)
We do say brava to Eva for trying something outside of the box, though!
