It sounds like Brody Jenner hasn’t completely disregarded the idea of joining The Hills reboot!
We were previously told he tried pitching his own show with his wife Kaitlynn Carter to MTV and some other networks, but hasn’t had a bite. Yet.

So, what else was keeping Caitlyn Jenner‘s son from joining his former castmates? PerezHilton.com has exclusively learned Brody wanted more money than the rest of the cast was making, despite everyone else getting paid the same.
Since the official announcement though, our source says:
“Brody has come around. He is actively negotiating with MTV.”
Meanwhile, another insider tell us “it’s not just about money.”
Sounds like there’s still hope for Brody yet!
An MTV source added:
“We remain optimistic and want to make it work with Brody. And an invite, of course, is also still extended to Lauren [Conrad], Lo [Bosworth], and Kristin [Cavallari].”
We can’t wait to find out what’s next for the reboot!
