Leonardo DiCaprio Is Rebooting The Facts Of Life!

The latest TV reboot is a rather unexpected one — from an even more unexpected source!

The Hollywood Reporter reports Sony Television is in early talks to reboot ’80s classic The Facts Of Life!

The multi-cam sitcom, about an all girls boarding school in NYC, was a big hit on NBC back in the day, airing for 9 seasons from 1979 to 1988.

Innerestingly, the show will be brought back by exec producers Leonardo DiCaprio through his company Appian Way and Jessica Biel through Ocean Films.

Considering the show calls for a diverse, female-led cast, it actually seems like a no-brainer to bring back with a fresh cast for 2018. Or rather 2019, considering Sony still hasn’t found a network to sell to OR a writer to recreate the magic.

Maybe Leo just knows a good idea when he sees one… or maybe, considering he didn’t join the cast of Growing Pains until 1991, he always secretly cursed that he missed out on guest-starring on the classic sitcom!

OK, probably not. LOLz!
