Not such a good answer this time… A man once best known for competing with his family on Family Feud will now be known for something far more sinister. He has been arrested on charges of child sexual abuse…
According to court records obtained by Entertainment Weekly, Christopher Crisona was arrested in Orange County, Florida on March 10. The elementary school teacher formerly taught at a Catholic school in Wilmington, Delaware — where students of his from back in the mid-90s are now coming forward with allegations of sexual abuse. Horrifying.

A press release from the Delaware Department of Justice stated Crisona taught at St. Thomas the Apostle School alongside Father John Taggart, who was also arrested due to child sexual abuse accusations. The statement went on to reveal Crisona was fired “mid-year” from the school “following a student complaint”. Fired but not arrested?
The punishment didn’t stop him from working at multiple schools in the same area throughout the ’90s and early ’00s, though. Just like the Catholic church has done with priests in the past. Moved to different parishes. Ugh.
Eventually Crisona went to Florida, where WFTV reported he’s been employed at least in seven schools across Orange County since 2008. But now, his alleged crimes are finally catching up to him. Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings said in a press release:
“The State’s indictment alleges a pattern of gravely serious abuse against a juvenile by two adults in a position of trust. As prosecutors, and as parents, these kinds of cases keep us up at night — but they also give us purpose. The victim in this case suffered profound trauma over a period of years and deserves justice. I’m grateful to the police, prosecutors, and social workers who have been critical to this investigation and who are committed to getting justice.”
You might remember Crisona from his 2013 episode of Family Feud, where he and his fam competed against the Rzepka family for the $20,000 grand prize. The accused himself even played in the “fast money” round with host Steve Harvey where he fell short of winning the big prize by only three points.
All that time there were already kids out there whom he’d allegedly abused. Watching him compete for prizes on TV.
How awful. We sincerely hope the victims can get the justice they deserve.
