Clearly, Kelly has a serious problem, and that’s no laughing matter. However, according to the initial reports, Kelly didn’t make it easy for the arresting officers to keep a straight face. Following a fight with his wife, Elizabeth, police arrived at his home to find Kelly shirtless, his apartment reeking of paint and his hands, mouth, nose and chin covered in silver paint, like he was Jack Haley circa 1939. Anyone who’s seen Intervention knows the serious ramifications of huffing paint, but we’re mostly shocked at the police for letting this continue on like this. 48 arrests and this guy still hasn’t been put into court-appointed rehab? What does this guy have to do to get you to take him seriously?!
