No one tells a girl what to do!
It seemed like everyone in Westeros has been going through some sort of identity crisis this season of Game Of Thrones.
And Sunday’s episode No One revealed that while some of the characters are changing for the better, others will always be their same sinister selves!

Last week, we saw an axe-wielding Sandor “The Hound” Clegane (Rory McCann) bent on revenge. The Hound began this week’s episode by butchering a pack of bros in the woods in search of the men who killed his friends.
He later found the fanatics already captured by his old frenemy Beric Dondarrion (Richard Dormer) — who was about to hang the men for the same reason the Hound was about to do something terribly worse to them.
In the end, Sandor agreed to personally hang 2 out of the 3 men in exchange for not killing every single person there — and he even considered joining Beric’s party of traveling warriors!
We wonder how long this justice-keeping Hound will last…

Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) has been away from her throne in Meereen for the entire season so far, leaving Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) in charge — who had been making some questionable political choices in Khaleesi’s absence.
While the savvy Lannister’s plan of using red priestesses to spread gospel of Dany around town was working in restoring the people’s faith, his agreement with slave owners quite literally backfired.
After a scene of awkward jokes with Grey Worm and Missandei, Tyrion saw a hundred angry slavers ships began firebombing the city — right when Dany flew home on dragonback to find her entire city seemingly trashed by the hands of Tyrion.
But Daenerys’ ship problem couldn’t be better timing for Theon and Yara Greyjoy, who are on their way to Meereen in hopes of aligning with the Mother of Dragons by offering their own impressive fleet of ships.

Over at King’s Landing, the High Sparrow has his talons in the Iron Throne with full control over King Tommen (Dean-Charles Chapman), which is proving to be nothing but bad news for Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey).
Though the disgraced queen finally got to unleash the Mountain onto a group of Sparrows, Cersei’s personal Frankenstein-ified knight won’t be able to keep protecting her — because Tommen banned the practice of trial by combat prior to his mother’s trial!
Not in time for the Red Viper unfortunately…
Now, Cersei will have to face a panel of stone-faced septas (the nuns who don’t know any other word besides “shame”) — which means we can probably expect a guilty verdict.

After three long seasons, fans finally got to see the complicated reunion of Brienne (Gwendoline Christie) and Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) at Riverrun.
Brienne was there in hopes of persuading the Blackfish to abandon the castle and head north to join Sansa’s war, but it was Jaime who was successful in retaking the castle.
After Blackfish turned Brienne down, the Kingslayer released prisoner Edmure Tully (Tobias Menzies) to once again become the lord of the castle — after convincing him to switch sides by threatening to use his newborn son as a cannonball.
So, the Lannisters took Riverrun while Brienne and Podrick escaped down the river.

Things weren’t looking so great for Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) after she was stabbed by the Waif (Faye Marsay) in last week’s episode, but luckily her new friend Lady Crane (Essie Davis) was just as skilled as healing as she is at acting.
Lady Crane survived long enough to patch Arya up and give her some rest before being killed by the Waif.
The faithful servant of the Many Faced God caught up to Arya and easily tracked her down by following the girl’s bloody track marks all across Braavos.
Though if you thought Arya was sloppily leaving clues behind to get caught, you’d be right — because the wounded Stark girl was actually leading the Waif back to a dark hovel where she could fight in total darkness.
This gave Arya a huge advantage, as the girl did most of her training while blind. So, it was no surprise when Jaqen H’ghar (Tom Wlaschiha) found the Waif’s blood-stained face on the Hall of Faces in the House of Black and White.
When Jaquen congratulated Arya on officially becoming No One, a girl gave the best mic drop of the season:

“A girl is Arya Stark of Winterfell. And I am going home.”

AH-Mazing!
