A source is dishing new details about the supermodel’s relationship with jiu jitsu hunk Joaquim Valente this week, and to hear this insider tell it, the Brazilian bombshell is seriously feeling like a weight has been lifted off her back ever since splitting from Tom and getting with her new man!

On Monday night, Page Six‘s source said the 44-year-old fashion icon feels “freer” ever since she began dating Valente. Wow! The insider claims Gisele “felt like she lived in Tom’s shadow for a long time.” That’s surprising! While the former New England Patriots signal caller is a HUUUUGE deal in the world of football… She ultimately made more money! Is it just how WAGs of this sport are always made to feel? Or how he treated her and her career? Because going an entire 13-year marriage feeling like a second banana would be annoying.
Now, the source was quick to claim that Gisele is “grateful for what she had” with the ex-NFL star. That obviously includes their son Benjamin, now 15, and daughter Vivian, now 12, along with Tom’s 17-year-old son Jack from his previous relationship with ex Bridget Moynahan. To that end, the insider noted that Gisele “is blessed for their children.” Awww!
But from a personal and romantic standpoint, Tom apparently doesn’t compare to Joaquim. Not only was the source adamant about that “freer” comment, but they also added that Bündchen is “absolutely loving this new chapter” alongside her 37-year-old boyfriend — ya know, the guy with whom she just welcomed a newborn baby!
Now, for what it’s worth, Tom was remarkably professional and sweet regarding that baby’s arrival. Even if, ya know, he was also pretty cryptic about it on social media. And all that after he was allegedly stunned by the pregnancy in the first place. Soooo… yeah… about that…
Anyways, it sounds like Gisele is truly living her best life at 44. New baby at home, new(ish) man by her side, she’s truly firing on all cylinders in her personal life. Oh, and she’ll forever remain one of the foremost fashion icons of her generation. That part will NEVER change!
