In a surprise to absolutely no one, Gypsy Rose Blanchard has confirmed that she’s back together with ex-fiancé Ken Urker! The duo has been almost inseparable since the convict split from estranged husband Ryan Anderson, and now they’re ready to come clean and drop the “just friends” act!
After the new couple was spotted getting cozy and locking lips at the Jazz Fest in NOLA on Saturday, the reality star got candid about the new romance with TMZ on Tuesday. She spilled the tea:
“After reconnecting earlier this month, we realized that our love for each other is simply undeniable, and life is too short to not take a chance.”
Hmm… So, they’re still sticking with the narrative that Ken only entered the picture AFTER things with Ryan were over?? Interesting!

Not totally ignoring their complicated past, though, Gypsy went on:
“We have a history that made for the perfect foundation for a new beginning. We are together and in a wonderful place in our relationship. We know it is going to be a long road ahead but are excited for the future.”
Wow!

As Perezcious readers know, Gypsy and Ken connected as pen pals when she was still behind bars for helping to orchestrate her mother’s murder. They hit it off and got engaged in April 2019 — only to split just months later! Soon after, Gypsy moved on to her current husband, also meeting him via letters. They tied the knot in July 2022. But it was just a few months outta the slammer for her when they, too, met a quick demise. And they officially called things off in late March!
Ryan’s been blaming the whole thing on Ken — who he believes started weaseling his way back into Blanchard’s life in January, just days after her prison release! We bet he’s pissed that the pair are now official!! Meanwhile, sources close to Gypsy have insisted her marriage was ruined because of a huge fight and not adjusting to living well together.
Whatever the timeline truly is, hopefully she takes things slow with her new man to avoid rushing into another allegedly unhealthy dynamic! Though from the looks of it, that doesn’t seem to be the case so far. They’ve already got matching tattoos, after all. LOLz! At least they can move forward without having to pretend to be the most touchy-feely friends we ever saw. Hah!
