Heath's Masseuse Faces Jail Time!

Diana Lee Wolozin, the masseuse who found Heath Ledger’s body on Tuesday, is in trouble.
The massage therapist – who made three phone calls to Mary-Kate Olsen before she even called 911 – does not hold a state license to perform massage therapy.
Wolozin is not listed on the New York State Education Department’s Web site, which tracks licensed health care professionals.
Licensed massage therapists are supposed to be certified in CPR.
Practicing massage therapy in New York without a license is a felony and Wolozin could face fines or jail time.
“We have notified the New York City Police Department as part of their investigation that no one by that name is licensed as a massage therapist in the state of New York,” says Jonathan Burman, spokesman for the New York State Education Department.
Kathleen Doyle, Executive Secretary for the State Board, says, ├óΓé¼┼ôI can only tell you that in New York state, at this time, the law requires that any person who uses the titles ‘masseur, masseuse or massage therapist’ must possess a license. It├óΓé¼Γäós a health profession in New York.├óΓé¼┬¥
They should just smack her for not calling the police first!
