It’s never too late to say you’re sorry.
In the premiere episode of Lifetime‘s The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition, Heidi Montag and her mother Darlene Egelhoff sit down with psychologist Dr. Debbie to hash out all of their various past issues.

One of them is how Darlene publicly spoke out against her daughter’s plastic surgery.
After Heidi confesses that she felt sold out, Darlene tearfully says:
“I was just desperate to communicate with her in any way and I just thought that was the only way I could do it. I would do anything to be able to take that back.”
Other celebs featured in the show are Kim Richards, Courtney Stodden, Shar Jackson, and Jessica Canseco.
The show debuts Tuesday, March 1 at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
