Ice Cube & Dr. Dre Dismissed From Wrongful Death Lawsuit In Suge Knight's Fatal Hit-And-Run

Ice Cube and Dr. Dre are officially off the hook for Terry Carter‘s tragic death, according to TMZ.
You might recall, the man was sadly killed after being run over by Suge Knight, who had just gotten into a fight with two crew members from the Straight Outta Compton set.

After the devastating loss, Terry’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Suge, but also named Ice Cube and Dre as defendants, arguing that they hired gang members to keep the now-jailed Death Row Records co-founder away from the movie’s set.
They believe Knight’s getting turned away is what caused the Compton native to get so angry that he fatally backed over his friend.
However, a judge recently dismissed the Ride Along 2 star and the Beats Electronics CEO from the suit, saying it didn’t make any sense to blame them for Suge’s actions.
The lawsuit still stands against the former Death Row Records exec, who also has a murder trial pending for the hit-and-run.
