Transgender Model Isis King Shows Her Pride For American Apparel

American Apparel is known for their racy ads, but the newest batch will definitely go down in history and for all the right reasons!
To promote LGBT equality for Pride month, the retailer selected America’s Next Top Model alum Isis King to star in the adverts, making her the first transgender model to appear in any AA campaign.
The collection of tees read “Legalize Gay” and “Gay OK!” and 15% of proceeds will be donated to the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation or GLAAD.
We’re loving the equality and glad to see that diversity has reached the fashion industry!
