James Kennedy's Fate Revealed In Domestic Violence Case!

James Kennedy Will NOT Be Charged In Domestic Violence Case

James Kennedy’s fate has been revealed in his domestic violence case.

As Perezcious readers know, the Vanderpump Rules alum was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence following an argument with his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, last month. According to TMZ on Wednesday, James will NOT be charged in the case! His attorney, Scott Leemon, told the outlet that the Burbank City Attorney’s Office just let him know of their decision, adding:

“I want to thank them for conducting a thorough and professional review of the matter involving my client, James Kennedy. Their diligent investigation confirmed what we have maintained from the beginning—there were no grounds for any charges to be filed against Mr. Kennedy.”

Moving forward, the lawyer shared that James is continuing to focus on his DJ career and sobriety, something the reality star has hinted at on social media following the horrible situation. When it comes to his relationship with Ally? They reportedly have not broken up but are living apart. Yet her mind seems to be on “change” and “new beginnings” this month, so could it not be long before we get a breakup announcement? Or will they reconcile?

We’ll see. But for now, what we do know is that James is off the hook with the domestic violence case. Reactions, Perezcious readers? Sound OFF (below).
