Just another wonderful example she’s setting for her child!
Many would think that Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans got off easy last year when she pled guilty to drug paraphernalia charge for breaking into an abandoned house and toking up – and still only ended up with community service and a stint in rehab!
However, she apparently really likes to push her luck, because she has violated the terms of her probation after testing positive for THC, hasn’t paid her court fees, and has yet to attend her post-rehab required aftercare!
According to legal documents:
“The defendant tested positive for THC on 7/13/2011 and admitting to using same. The defendant was discharged from inpatient drug treatment on 6/7/2011 and recommended aftercare/discharge plan was not followed. Since the defendant’s discharge from inpatient treatment she has failed to follow up with any aftercare.”
A hearing has been set for August 24th.
Smart, gurl. Real smart.
Do you even WANT your child back in your custody?
Such an unbelievable shame.
