Jennifer Lopez finally said something about the rumors regarding her marriage with Ben Affleck!
As you know, the actor has been living in a rental home of late instead of his shared house with Jennifer as they navigate marital problems. Neither Jennifer nor Ben has addressed the divorce rumors — though the singer has made a few eyebrow-raising comments amid the speculation. She even liked a post about toxic partners. Adding fuel to the fire? She attended multiple premieres for her new movie Atlas by herself! Yep, Ben is nowhere by her side! At this point, everyone just wants to know if the couple is heading for divorce soon, as suggested by sources!
Well, someone had the guts to ask J.Lo if all the chatter was real during a recent press conference for the film — but in a VERY unprofessional way! When questioning her about the speculation, one person immediately cut him off and told him:
“We’re not doing that.”
Yeah. Definitely not the time or place for that kind of question — no matter if it’s all anyone can talk about right now! Jennifer, however, still chose to respond. The Hustlers star simply fired back:
“You know better than that.”
“You know better than that” as in to believe the rumors? Or “you know better than that” to ask her that question and expect a full-on answer during a press conference about her movie? Hmm. We think it’s most likely the latter! Especially since one would think she would take the opportunity to put the rumors to rest and make sure her response is crystal clear — unless they’re true!
