Oh, Jenny, Jenny.
While Jenny McCarthy claims to have left The View on her own accord, a WEEKS old interview with New You magazine suggests otherwise.
The statements made in the interview seem to confirm media speculation that the controversial blonde was FIRED from the daytime talk show, a suggestion Jenny has adamantly denied since the news broke. The story Jenny has stuck to is that she decided to pursue new projects after BFF and co-star Sherri Shepherd fell victim to Barbara Walters‘ chopping block.
In the just released interview, however, Jenny predicted where she would be in twenty years:
“Believe it or not. I think I’m in still on The View. I love the show.”
Hmm…so, if Jenny planned to grow old on The View, what made her suddenly change course? Was it REALLY her decision to quit, because this interview doesn’t make it seem so.
While we’re pretty suspicious about the REAL reason why she left The View, we hope Jenny finds success elsewhere.
