Jessica Simpson and Ashlee Simpson‘s mama, Tina Simpson, wants to put her ugly divorce from Joe Simpson behind her, but that also means losing a FORTUNE.
Wait, wasn’t he the one who cheated on her???!
While Tina previously offered Joe a VERY generous $100 million settlement, that just wasn’t enough for her money hungry ex-hubby. Now Tina has come back with an even BIGGER offer.
A source close to the family revealed:
“[Tina made] an offer of a 50% split of everything under the Simpson name has been offered to Joe. That includes the coveted Jessica Simpson Collection, which Joe desperately wanted because that├óΓé¼Γäós the real cash cow. Even though he has nothing to do with the fashion label, Tina just wants an end to the saga and if that means giving Joe what he wants, so be it. The offer will certainly irk Jessica, because she doesn├óΓé¼Γäót want her dad getting his hands on any of money she earns for the family and they still aren├óΓé¼Γäót getting along. But Tina is tired of arguing, tired of fighting and just wants it all to end.├óΓé¼┬¥
And we don’t blame her!
It’s traumatizing enough to find out that your husband is gay after 34 years of marriage and two kids. We doubt she even cares about the dollar bills.
And even though Jess will probably be peeved, she seems like the kind of lady that will do whatever it takes to make her mom happy.
Hopefully the offer will be enough and Joe will FINALLY leave his estranged family alone so they can heal!
